We provide planning, estimating, value engineering options, scheduling, and pre-qualification of subcontractors. Sigma develops and monitors budgets and coordinates ordering of long lead-time items. During construction, we oversee the purchase of required materials, subcontractor services, the building, and subsequent successful operation of your project.
