Sigma Contracting Completes Phase I Office Space for United Drugs
The tenant improvement of this former law office consisted of the addition of several new offices and conference rooms, new server room, rework of existing millwork, electrical and data systems, along with luxury vinyl tile flooring and carpet. The interiors were designed by Katz Design Group and feature a contemporary feel with cool color accents throughout.
The first phase of the project was completed in seven weeks with partial move-in starting in just six weeks to accommodate the need to vacate former office space. Phase II of the project is slated for May of this year which will add new restroom facilities, more offices, HVAC upgrades, as well as ADA upgrades on the exterior of the building.
This was a collaborative effort to complete a design build project in a very short time line with a limited budget with the Owner and Katz Design Group.
